The air quality meter is equipped with various sensors to determine HCHO, TVOC, ambient temperature and ambient humidity. This means that the air quality meter already covers a wide range of measurement tasks. The measuring range for the TVOC measurement is 0.00 … 9.99 mg/m³. With an accuracy of ±5% of the measuring range for HCHO and TVOC measurement, the air quality meter is the ideal measuring tool for indicative measurements.

Thanks to the built-in 1500 mAh battery, it is possible to operate the air quality meter as a mobile device. As soon as the battery is discharged, it can be recharged via the micro USB interface with a 5 V DC power supply.

The air quality meter is therefore used, for example, to check the air quality in offices, workshops, school facilities or in logistics to check the premises for volatile organic substances and formaldehyde.

The readings are stored directly on the air quality meter. A memory with 5000 measuring points is available for the air quality meter. After a measurement, the readings can be analyzed on the air quality meter. In addition, the readings from the air quality meter can be transferred to a PC. When connecting the air quality meter to a PC, the air quality meter is recognized as a mass data storage device. This has the particular advantage that the air quality meter works independently of the operating system. The measured values are saved in CSV file format by the air quality meter.

Professional formaldehyde Air Quality Meter to measure air after the evaporation of wooden material, flooring, furniture, textiles… / Alarm signal exceeding of limit / USB-interface

This Air Quality Meter is designed to detect formaldehyde in air. The Air Quality Meter shows the formaldehyde-concentration on site and thereby avoids time-consuming and expensive analysis in laboratories. The formaldehyde Air Quality Meter runs with help of an electro-mechanical sensor and is designed to determine the current permitted limit. A measurement can be accomplished in less than 30 seconds. The concentration is measured in ppm units. Some substances such as ethanol, propanol or methanol can interfere with the measuring data. An optionally purchasable hygrometer-sensor allows for a correction of the measured data in order to achieve accurate measurements. The Air Quality Meter can be connected to a computer or laptop by means of the USB-Interface, thereby allowing an automatic and continuous measuring over a long period of time. Time and battery status are shown continuously on a display. Information on all the gass-measuring devices of PCE Instruments is shown below. For further information, please feel free to read the following technical data. Our engineers and technicians will gladly advise you on the measuring device for formaldehyde concentration or any other product in terms of regulation and control, or scales and balances of PCE Instruments.

This Air Quality Meter is a unique gas meter which protects against a specific gas, inflammable or toxic. The Air Quality Meter Gasman warns with a penetrating alarm and an optical signal (useful when there are loud noises in the surrounding area) of the existence of dangerous gas concentrations and shows on screen the value of the gas measurement. In addition with this gas meter you are able to save measurements and transmit them onto the computer for evaluation. For that, it is necessary to require the additional option of data logger and optional software. The function of logger will allow you to keep all the values in the meter with a quota of measurement from 1 minute to a total of 900 hours. The data saved in the apparatus can be, at any time, transferred onto the computer or laptop for later evaluation. The Air Quality Meter can be calibrated and certified according to DIN ISO. In addition it is verified according to the most recent directives (94/9/EG) and disposition on the protection against explosions (ExVo). Every two years recalibrations can be made where you choose the sensor (according to the type of gas) with which the apparatus must be equipped. You will be able to choose between 12 standard sensors, but you can also request other types of special sensors.

In addition to the traditional uses of the Air Quality Meter such as in industry, institutions and investigations, this gas meter is an economic alternative to be used by the fire brigades (with Ex- sensor for inflammable gases). The Air Quality Meter fulfills all the European and international norms, even ATEX and UL standards. Another special use is the measurement of the ozone concentration, allowing this small Air Quality Meter to be complemented with an ozone sensor. You can send us the Air Quality Meter for maintenance and recalibration, taking into account the indications of the ISO manual of your company (for example, twice a year). The Air Quality Meter can be dismounted, cleaned, and recalibrated. If a sensor can no longer be calibrated or its period of validity has already expired, you will receive the corresponding information and spare sensors can be found in our online shop. You can request the optional software to set up, calibrate, and adjust the limits of the alarm and the function of the datalogger (also optional) to read the values saved in the Air Quality Meter. This software represents the data in the form of graphs or tables and it is also possible to export them to other programs.

personal protection with datalogger / Optional software and data cable ATEX II 1G EEx ia IIC T4 / ATEX II 2G EEx ia d IIC T4 (EEx ia (d) IIC T3/T4)

Notice: The combined charging station serves as interface for the data transmission, the station is used to load the storage cells of the meter of gas for “inflammable gases” + “oxygen” and of interface for the PC for the rest of the models.

Gasman-H2 Unique Air Quality Meter
personal protection with datalogger / Optional software and data cable ATEX II 1G EEx ia IIC T4 / ATEX II 2G EEx ia d IIC T4 (EEx ia (d) IIC T3/T4)

Notice: The combined charging station serves as interface for the data transmission, the station is used to load the storage cells of the meter of gas for “inflammable gases” + “oxygen” and of interface for the PC for the rest of the models.

personal protection with datalogger / Optional software and data cable ATEX II 1G EEx ia IIC T4 / ATEX II 2G EEx ia d IIC T4 (EEx ia (d) IIC T3/T4)

Notice: The combined charging station serves as interface for the data transmission, the station is used to load the storage cells of the meter of gas for “inflammable gases” + “oxygen” and of interface for the PC for the rest of the models.
