TXgard-Plus-O2 Single-Gas Oxygen Meter
warning for gases (Oxygen, O2, 0 … 25 % vol) / Features display and signal output / With ATEX or UL approval

Here you can find an ATEX or UL approved Oxygen meter for flammable gases (ex), oxygen and toxic gases for fixed mounting. These Oxygen meters vary by the type of gases they measure, functionality (e.g. analogue output, relay output) or the type of indicator – there are sensors with a built-in screen (as an indicator) or without. You can choose a Oxygen meter for almost any type of gas: methane, propane, butane, pentane, LPG, ethanol, ethylene, nitrogen, acetylene, benzene (lead), phosphine, oxygen, ozone, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, chlorine, ammonia (sensors for other types of gases can be requested). A Oxygen meter without a display (Xgard) are used in combination with an external indicator or a facility to detect gases, e.g. with the Gasmaster. Oxygen meters that operate without internal alarm relay can be used in conjunction with the GasFlag distributor.

Gas sensors
The series of sensors Xgard, TXgard, and Flamgard is always delivered calibrated and registered. By default, the sensor is delivered calibrated to methane. Please consult us for other types of calibration.

GasFlag
We offer the GasFlag for sensors without alarm relay. It is a small box for fixed installation without a display for signals for the input of 4… 20-mA. Its output has two alarm relays (max. 1 to 30V DC). The status is displayed through the LED, and it is powered to 230V.

Gasmaster
The Gasmaster is a power station of gas detection with a large display. There are several versions: 1 and 4 channels as well as with or without an interface for the PC. The Gasmaster also possesses an alarm relay with which light signals or ventilators can be activated. The systems of the Gasmaster and the gas sensors are delivered configured, calibrated and verified.

The response time of infrared gas sensors is T90 < 30 s and zero drift is approx. ± 2% per month. For highly accurate measurements and protecting the sensors exterior, there are some optional protectors. Depending on the installation site, the protector against sunlight may be the perfect option. If the sensors are mounted outside (in the open field) or in halls and pavilions that are frequently cleaned with water or disinfected from time to time, we recommend the water deflector protector. When the sensor is mounted in high humidity environments or offshore applications and vessel installations, we recommend the gas sensor with the cap resistant to rain. The cone collector is often used when you need to detect light gases (e.g. methane). This facilitates the entry of the gas into the sensor.
Advantages to the conventional gas sensors:The great advantage of infrared gas sensors is their long life ( > 5 years) and almost inexistent long-term drift. This grealty lowers the cost of calibration. In addition, the sensors have a full temperature compensation. The ATEX, IECEx and UL norms allow them to be used worldwide.

warning for gases (Oxygen, O2, 0 … 25 vol%) / Features display and signal output / With ATEX or UL approval

An Oxygen meter without a display (Xgard) are used in combination with an external indicator or a facility to detect gases, e.g. with the Gasmaster.

The status is displayed through the LED, and it is powered to 230 V.

This grealty lowers the cost of calibration. In addition, the sensors have a full temperature compensation. The ATEX, IECEx and UL norms allow them to be used worldwide.

We offer the GasFlag for sensors without alarm relay. It is a small box for fixed installation without a display for signals for the input of 4… 20 mA. Its output has two alarm relays (max. 1 to 30 V DC). The status is displayed through the LED, and it is powered to 230 V.

Gasmaster
The Gasmaster is a power station of gas detection with a large display. There are several versions: 1 and 4 channels as well as with or without an interface for the PC. The Gasmater also possesses an alarm relay with which light signals or ventilators can be activated.

This grealty lowers the cost of calibration. In addition, the sensors have a full temperature compensation. The ATEX, IECEx and UL norms allow them to be used worldwide.

The CO2 warning device PCE-WMM 100 consists of a main unit and a remote display. The CO2 gas detector PCE-WMM 100 is used to measure carbon dioxide and oxygen in a fixed location. The CO2 warning device protects people from the odourless gas CO2 and also warns of low oxygen content in the air. The gas warning system displays the measured values on an LCD. The PCE-WMM 100 CO2 warning device has two relays that can be used to control alarm lights or sounders. Furthermore, the CO2 warning device has an integrated, acoustic alarm, which emits an audio signal of 80 db in the event of an alarm.

testing of oxygen content, oxygen saturation and sample temperature in water / battery operation / automatic temperature compensation

The oxygen meter is a simple measuring instrument that allows measurement of oxygen content, oxygen saturation and sample temperature. The oxygen meter directly reports measured values in real time via the display. The user is offered a hold function directly on the device. Important measured values can be recorded at the touch of a button directly on the display.

The oxygen content is the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the water. Most organisms require a minimum concentration of dissolved oxygen in the water to live. Oxygen is absorbed from the atmosphere, whereby the oxygen uptake mainly depends on the size of the water surface, the water temperature, the saturation deficit, the water turbulence and the air movement.

The simple operation of the oxygen meter takes place via three buttons on the front. Due to the battery operation, the oxygen meter is suitable for mobile use. This is the main reason why the oxygen meter is indispensable in the analysis of different waters. This includes industrial wastewater, pond water, sewage and municipal wastewater. In addition to the above applications, the oxygen meter PCE-WO2 10 also plays an important role in businesses. Here, for example, the corrosion in pipelines has to be considered. Even in the private sector, an oxygen meter is getting more and more attention in fields such as fish farming or private aquaristics.

The oxygen meter PCE-DOM 20 is a measuring device to determine the oxygen content both in liquids and in the ambient air. With this oxygen meter, water analyzes can be carried out on the oxygen content in a very short time and with the integrated temperature sensor, the oxygen meter is able to carry out an automatic temperature compensation. As a result, the oxygen meter is also used for analyzing the oxygen content of lakes or streams, as strong temperature fluctuations can occur here, which falsify the measurement result. This oxygen meter is also used, for example, in fish farming.

Before the initial start-up, the sensors on the oxygen measuring device are initially dry. In order to carry out a measurement, the sensors of the oxygen measuring device must be provided with the electrolyte supplied. Even if the membrane is damaged, it can be replaced with the oxygen measuring device in just a few steps. This ensures that the oxygen measuring device is ready for use again within a very short time.
