The PCE-VM 31-HAWB Tri-Axial Accelerometer or Human Vibration Analyzer is designed for measuring human vibration at the workplace. The Vibration Analyzer can calculate hand-arm vibration measurements according to ISO 5349 and whole-body vibration measurements according to ISO 2631. Each sensor consists of a triaxial Vibration Analyzer that captures acceleration, velocity, and displacement measurements. In addition to human vibration measurements, the Vibration Analyzer can measure the vibrations of machines. The Vibration Analyzer also supports TEDS, which means that it can detect and identify TEDS-capable sensors automatically. Overall, the device comes with 4 independent measuring channels. The measured data can be displayed as interval, running or maximum RMS (MTVV), as well as estimated vibration dose value (eVDV), vector sum, peak, and maximum peak. The acceleration can also be displayed as FTT with up to 125 lines. The internal flash memory of the Vibration Analyzer can store up to 10,000 measurements or up to 1,000 FTTs, each with date, time, and a comment. The measured data can also be transferred to a PC via the USB 2.0 interface.

The PCE-VM 40C Accelerometer was designed for vibration and shock metering on buildings, bridges, towers, and other artificial structures. The Accelerometer measures vibrations in accordance to DIN 4150-3, BS 7385 and SN 640312A standards. With its internal memory for up to 100,000 readings, the PCE-VM 40C Accelerometer can determine the effects of construction sites, traffic, or industrial processing on buildings over a long period of time. You can choose between time-based and event-based recording, as well as between recording of short-time and long-time vibrations. It is also possible to set threshold levels which trigger an alarm signal when exceeded. With the built-in GSM module (optional), the device can send you SMS notifications once the alarm is triggered.

The Accelerometer is very easy to use and can be configured for different applications in no time. The measured data can easily be viewed on the integrated display of the device. Here you can see the vibration speed in all 3 directions. The Accelerometer has an integrated NiMH battery which makes it suited for mobile use on-site. A mains adaptor for stationary use is also included in delivery.

The PCE-VM 31-HA Tri-Axial Accelerometer is designed for measuring human vibration at the workplace. The Accelerometer can calculate hand-arm vibration measurements according to ISO 5349 and whole-body vibration measurements according to ISO 2631. In addition to human vibration measurements, the Accelerometer or Vibration Analyzer can measure the vibrations of machines.

The accelerometer is ideal for maintenance workers to quickly check vibrating parts, machines and systems. This vibration meter shows the vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and vibration displacement directly on the display. You can use the device to quickly and reliably detect machine imbalances which can lead to, for example, bearing damage. The vibration meter is equipped with a mode that allows a measurement according to ISO 10816-3 to be carried out. The vibration meter analyzes the measured values and automatically shows a good / bad evaluation on the display.

The vibration meter is supplied with a sensor on the spiral cable, magnet adapter, service bag and batteries. The ISO factory certificate completes the scope of delivery. The display of the vibration meter is a colored graphic display, which makes operation easier, since all instructions and menu items are shown in plain text. The 12 languages in the menu of the vibration meter are easily switchable.

PCE-VT 204 Multifunction Accelerometer
For 3-axis vibration measurements as well as contact (mechanical) and noncontact (optical) rotation measurements

PCE-VT 204 is a multifunction handheld accelerometer device with the ability to accurately measure both rotation and vibration. An ideal tool for the testing and inspection of machine parts and components such as motors, transmissions, gears, gear boxes and wheels, this multi-purpose instrument measures revolutions per minute (RPMs) as well as three-axis vibration, i.e., velocity or speed, displacement and acceleration.

The accelerometer sensor can be set flat, equipped with a magnet or combined with the included fastening screw to make contact with a surface during vibration measurement. Internal frequency filters eliminate the effects of background noise, allowing the device to detect specific vibrations.

Note: If you wish to transfer the readings from the handheld device to a computer, the optional software package is required. See accessories for details.
