The PCE-IR10 surface testing – temperature meter is made up of a small sensor head and a separate electrical component. The surface testing – temperature meter sensor is so small that it can fit in almost any space. part from this, the device offers similar specifications as other devices. The electrical component of the PCE-IR10 facilitates the use of functions hat are not normally found in a device of this quality. Among these are adjustable emissivity, minimum, maximum and average value, as well as software to program the device via a computer or directly from the unit’s LCD. Due to its small size, this temperature tester is ideal for different systems in a production line. The device is accurate, easy to install and economical.

Measuring temperature with the PCE-IR10 non-contact temperature tester is an economical alternative to similar contact devices (additional information about the functioning principle of measuring temperature with surface testing – temperature meters). Also, look at this brief text about the practice of measuring temperature with infrared devices.

To get the highest precision from this device, the user can adjust the emissivity, which is different for each type of surface material being measured. If the user measures a material which is not in the table, they can establish the emissivity value and adjust the temperature measured by the temperature reader.

PCE-COM 20 is a portable handheld non-destructive material tester for non-ferrous metals. This non-destructive testing (NDT) device uses eddy current to determine the electrical conductivity of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper.

Featuring an operating frequency of 60 kHz, the conductivity meter has a large measuring range of 0.51 … 112% IACS with an accuracy of +/- 0.5% at 20°C / 68°F. Thanks to a resolution of up to 0.01% IACS, automatic temperature compensation (ATC) and lift-off compensation (up to 500 μm), the device ensures quick, easy, accurate and reproducible measurements of coated or corroded pieces during changing ambient conditions.

Measurement of the electrical conductivity of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, titanium, magnesium or bronze, is necessary in applications involving electrical conductors and the characterization of alloys. Typical application areas are the assessment of strength differences in heat-treated or hardened materials, the authenticity testing of coin alloys, the verification of alloy inhomogeneities in critical components and the sorting of materials.

The conductivity meter is powered by an internal battery that can be charged via the interface on the bottom of the unit. In addition to the connection for the charging adapter, there is a USB interface allowing for the transfer of measurement data to a PC for more detailed analysis.

PCE-COM 20 is a portable handheld non-destructive surface testing – conductivity meter for metals.

Precise measurement of color according to CIE standards / measures differences of colors and shows ΔE / for several surfaces / memory / USB interfaces / PC software for color evaluation

The PCE-TCR 200 color device carries out an analysis of the color using CIE L*a*b color space. This color device also allows you to determine the colors in the RGB color range. By means of a source of internal normalized white light the surface is illuminated. The color device absorbs the light reflected from the background and processes it. In addition of indicating the Lab colors, this color device also shows RGB, Lch and HCL colour ranges.

The PCE-TCR 200 color device can also detect the distance ΔE between different color pattern. This color device allows you to set a limited value which should not be exceeded. The PCE-TCR 200 color device checks each measurement to see if it has exceeded the threshold value. Measurement of color is taken by means of a high precision silicon sensor. The sensor detects the light reflected according to the regulations of light source D65, D50 or F11, which can be selected using the menu. The internal memory of the color device is able to store 30 color values into 12 groups. That allows a fast control of the color values. This color device is powered by 4 AA batteries.

It can also be powered by an external power plug. The measurement values can be transferred from the color device to a PC, using a USB port. The PCE-TCR 200 color device will be delivered in a resistant aluminium case. The following is also included in the delivery: Black and white test standards, a network component, a USB cable for data transmission and a case to ensure safe transportation of the color device PCE-TR 200. If there are any questions about the color device PCE-TCR 200 have a look at the technical specification below. Our technicians and engineers will gladly advise you in all color devices and all products in the field of measuring instruments, regulation and control and scales.
