The PoE tester has 3 test modes. This enables the PoE tester to perform a continuity test of the Ethernet cables, to identify the PoE types and to measure the PoE performance. This makes the PoE tester an ideal tool for every network technician and installer of Ethernet cables.

The PoE tester consists of a transmitter / main unit and a remote unit. In the continuity test mode, the PoE tester can also determine whether all wires of the Ethernet cable are connected correctly. The PoE tester can also measure the performance of connected PoE devices. This is used for troubleshooting and detection in the network.
