A bracket frame connects the two side parts of the cage in such a way that a headroom of 1.8 m is achieved. The step height on the non-slip, ribbed weighing surface is only 10 cm.

In battery operation, thanks to the direct mounting of the display unit on the cage of the scale, there are no tripping hazards caused by cables.
