TT-T-24-1000 : Omega thermocouple wire

The OMEGA TT-T-24-1000 is a high-precision, duplex-insulated Type T thermocouple grade wire designed for accurate sub-zero, cryogenic, and moderate temperature measurements. Featuring premium PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) insulation over solid 24 AWG conductors, this wire delivers superior resistance to moisture, chemical exposure, and mechanical wear over an operating temperature range of -200°C to 260°C. Supplied on a 1,000 ft (304.8 m) spool, it is an ideal choice for constructing custom sensors or running extension lines in laboratory, refrigeration, and pharmaceutical applications.

Key Features

• Type T Calibration: Made with genuine Copper (Positive) and Constantan (Negative) conductors, known for exceptional accuracy and stability at low and sub-zero temperatures.

• High-Performance PFA Insulation: Provides outstanding dielectric strength, low friction coefficient, and excellent chemical and moisture resistance.

• Wide Operating Range: Excellent performance in cryogenic conditions (-200°C) up to elevated temperatures (260°C).

• ANSI Color Coded: Complies with standard ANSI color coding for easy identification—Blue for Positive (+), Red for Negative (-), and Brown overall jacket.

• Solid 24 AWG Conductor: 24 AWG solid conductors offer a great balance between mechanical strength, flexibility, and fast response times.
